
Pecan Bourbon Brownies
Pecan Pie BROWNIES! How do we make them even BETTER?! ADD BOURBON!!! Since I’m not gonna have time to get these babies up on the blog, I’m leaving the recipe here in the caption so you can make these incredibly decadent treats this Thanksgiving!
What you need

cup unsweetened cocoa

tsp espresso powder

cup coconut sugar

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp maple syrup

cup chopped pecans
Instructions
• Sift & weigh flour and cocoa powder, adding to a large mixing bowl. • Add in salt & espresso powder, whisking to combine • Melt chocolate & butter together until it’s a homogeneous liquid • Pour melted chocolate into heat sage bowl, whisk in sugar, brown sugar, vanilla & bourbon. Then whisk in eggs one at a time. • Fold in dry ingredients & mix until homogeneous. Fold in additional chocolate chips. • Bake in a parchment lined 8x8 brownie pan 350F 35-45 mins • While brownies bake, mix together pecan topping in a bowl. After 20 minutes, remove brownies from oven, too with pecan topping & bake additional 20 minutes.View original recipe
