What you need

cup powdered peanut butter

cup oatmeal

tsp vanilla extract

cup maple syrup
cup whey protein

cup dark chocolate chips

cup candy coated chocolate pieces
Instructions
0 Make the dough. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oatmeal, PB2, protein powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms. 1 Fold in the chocolate gems. Stir until evenly distributed. 2 Press & freeze. Line a baking sheet or quarter sheet pan with parchment paper. Press the dough into an even ¼” layer. Freeze for 10–15 minutes. 3 Melt chocolate. In a small bowl, microwave dark chocolate chips in 15–30 second increments, stirring in between until fully melted. 4 Add topping. Pour melted chocolate over the frozen dough layer. Smooth with a spatula. Add crushed peanuts or flaky sea salt if desired. 5 Freeze again. Return to freezer for 1 hour or until fully set. Break into pieces and enjoy!View original recipe
