
Paleo/Low FODMAP Pie Crust
Use in pies, quiches, tarts, galettes, and more!
What you need
cup bread flour
tsp salt

egg nog

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp olive oil

tsp rosemary
Instructions
1 Add dry ingredients to food processor, pulse 2 Add in melted coconut oil & egg, pulse to mix dough with form crumbles 3 Remove from food processor and knead with hands slowly adding in olive oil until dough sticks together 4 Bake crust at 350 for 10-12 mins before adding desired filling 5 Omit rosemary if using for pie. Can add cocoa powder (if not low FODMAP or if tolerable) or cinnamon for sweet recipes.View original recipe
