Low FODMAP Shrimp + Veggie Pad Thai
What you need

shirataki noodles
cup red cabbage

cup broccoli slaw

cup shredded chicken

lb shrimp

cup almond butter

cup coconut aminos

tbsp lime juice

tbsp honey

tsp hot sauce

tbsp sesame oil

bean sprouts

slivered almonds

scallion

cilantro
lime
Instructions
1 In a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients, tasting to adjust until desired flavor is achieved and set aside. 2 In a large frying pan, 1 tbsp sesame oil. Sautee cabbage, slaw, and carrots until tender. 3 Add in spiraled squash noodles and cook until tender. 4 Meanwhile, rinse and drain shirataki noodles and set aside. 5 Add in shrimp during the last 5 minutes of cook time and cook until pink. 6 Turn off the heat, stir in shirataki noodles and sauce. 7 Top with desired toppings before serving.View original recipe
