Gluten Free Strawberry Galette
Celebrate the Officially Unofficial start of summer (and strawberry season!) with this delicious Gluten Free Strawberry Galette
What you need

mint
lemon

natural sugar

strawberry

unsalted butter

coconut sugar

salt

graham cracker crumbs

gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
* In a medium mixing bowl add flour, Graham cracker crumbs, salt & coconut sugar mixing to combine * Cut butter into pieces, kneading into the dry mixture with your hands, adding water 1 tbsp at a time to form the dough * Allow dough to chill in the fridge for 20 mins * In a medium bowl, combine chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon zest & juice, folding to combine * Once dough is chilled, roll out into a large circle on a floured parchment lined surface * Spoon strawberry filling into the center leaving 1” of space around the edges * Using the parchment as your guide, fold the edges over to form a crust * Bake at 350F for 30-35 mins or until crust is golden & filling is bubblingView original recipe
