Easy, Healthy, Paleo Pumpkin Pancake Donuts
What you need

cup oat milk

tbsp pumpkin puree
egg

powdered sugar

tsp cinnamon

pumpkin seeds

pecan
Instructions
1 Pre-heat over to 350F and grease 1 silicone donut pan. 2 In a large mixing bowl, add pancake mix, oat milk, eggs, and pumpkin puree and whisk until a smooth batter forms. 3 Pour into silicone baking pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 4 While the donuts are baking, prepare the icing in a separate bowl. If you're using paleo powdered sugar, blitz the monk fruit in a blender first, then add to bowl with oat milk, pumpkin puree, and cinnamon. 5 Place icing in fridge while the donuts bake. Allow donuts to cool at least 20 minutes before frosting. 6 If desired, garnish with pecans and pumpkin seeds.View original recipe
