What you need

cup vanilla protein powder

cup cashew butter

maple syrup

tsp almond extract

tbsp chocolate sprinkles

tbsp halloween sprinkles
Instructions
0 Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. In a large bowl, first add ½ cup of almond flour along with ½ cup (which is about 1.5 scoops) of protein powder. Before mixing, add the cashew butter along with the almond extract & maple syrup. Mix the dough using a fork until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Note that if the cookie dough is a little too crumbly, you may add 1 tablespoon of milk of your choice at a time until it resembles a traditional cookie dough texture. 1 Add sprinkles. Once the cookie dough is mixed, fold in the sprinkles & sugar crystals if using. 2 Scoop & enjoy! Using a cookie scoop, scoop the raw sugar cookie dough into bowls. Alternatively, you can make cookie dough balls instead. To do this, scoop 2 tbsp of cookie dough into the palm of your hand & roll into a ball.
