
Dairy Free Toasted Coconut Lime Popsicles
These toasted coconut lime popsicles are a bright + fresh treat that will make you feel like you're on vacation no matter what time of year! They are dairy free, sugar free + a low FODMAP friendly dessert!
What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp lime juice

cup flake coconut
Instructions
1 Place all ingredients except coconut flakes in blender + blend until smooth. 2 Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread out coconut flakes evenly, baking at 300F for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on the coconut so it doesn't burn! 3 Pour contents of blender into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours 4 Press toasted coconut along bottom of pop before removing from mould + serving.View original recipe
