
Dairy Free Affogato Recipe with Homemade Vanilla CBD Ice Cream Recipe
Made with dairy free vanilla ice cream infused with CBD Oil, this is the best affogato recipe you will ever make!
What you need

coconut cream

tbsp vanilla bean paste
tbsp gelatin

cup monk fruit extract
tsp oil

pinch salt

dairy free milk

espresso
Instructions
Make the CBD Ice Cream: 1 Over low heat, pour canned coconut milk +cream into a small pot, whisking until smooth. Allow to heat but not fully boil. 2 While still heating, stir in vanilla bean paste and salt, whisking again to combine. 3 Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin vigorously until it has fully dissolved into the coconut milk ice cream base, about 30 seconds. 4 Pour ice cream base into heat proof container, cover and allow to set in the fridge about 45 mins. 5 Once the coconut mixture is cool, add to frozen bowl ofice cream maker + churn according to machine instructions. 6 During the last minute of your churning process, add in Modern Love Founders Reserve CBD Oil and allow the machine to mix until they are fully incorporated. 7 Spoon ice cream intopint containers and freeze for at least 2-3 hours prior to serving. Make the Affogato: 1 When you are ready to serve, add 1 scoop of the dairy free vanilla CBD ice cream to a small dish, mug, or coupe glass. Pour 1 shot of espresso over top of the ice cream, grab a spoon, and enjoy! You can also use decaf espresso if you are sensitive to caffeine.View original recipe
