
CHRISTMAS BROWNIES
As always, they’re ultra fudgey, chocolatey, rich & delicious, but these babies are packed with chocolate peppermint, making them perfect for the Christmas season!
What you need

cup sugar

tsp ground coffee beans

cup cocoa powder

cup chocolate chips

tsp salt

cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla extract

brown egg

cup light-brown sugar

chocolate mint
Instructions
• Sift & weigh flour and cocoa powder, adding to a large mixing bowl. • Add in salt & espresso powder, whisking to combine • Melt chocolate & butter together until it’s a homogeneous liquid • Pour melted chocolate into heat safe bowl, whisk in sugar, brown sugar & vanilla. Then whisk in eggs one at a time. • Bake in a parchment lined 8x8 brownie pan 350F 30-35 mins • Immediately upon removal from oven, top the brownies with crushed up pieces of peppermint chocolate.
