
Cannoli Protein Ice Cream Bars

What you need

milk chocolate chips

semi sweet chocolate chips

orange

protein powder

ricotta cheese

cup plain nonfat yogurt
Instructions
Add yogurt, ricotta cheese, orange juice & protein powder to a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth & creamy, no clumps should remain. Fold in the mini chocolate chips & mix until fully incorporated. Add the mixture to silicone ice cream pop molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 10 second increments until smooth. Coat the pops in chocolate & sprinkle with crushed pistachios. Enjoy right away or place back in the freezer on a parchment lined baking sheet in order to let the chocolate harden. Once it’s hardened you can transfer the pops to a zip top freezer bag. Hot tip: Let the pop sit out at room temp on a plate for about 15 minutes before enjoying if you’re eating it straight from the freezer!View original recipe
