What you need

tbsp tahini

tbsp cocoa powder

cup water

tbsp cassava flour

tsp baking powder

0 Mix the dry ingredients. Add cassava flour, cocoa powder, scoop of protein powder and baking powder to a small microwave-safe bowl, ramekin or mug. Mix gently with a fork to combine. 1 Add the wet ingredients. Add tahini and water to the bowl or mug, mixing gently again with a fork to combine. The batter should resemble traditional brownie batter but may be a touch thicker. 2 Add chocolate chips. Smooth the top of the brownie batter out and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 3 Microwave. Place the mug or bowl in the microwave and cook for 60 seconds. Double check the texture after 60 seconds and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Cooking time may vary based on microwave strengths. 4 Enjoy! Optional, but you can sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before enjoying.View original recipe
