Vanilla Protein Ice Cream with Protein Buncha Crunch

Make a delicious and healthy vanilla protein ice cream using a Ninja Creami, then mix in protein Buncha Crunch for a delightful treat. This recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free.

What you need
cup full-fat coconut milk

tsp almond milk

pinch celtic sea salt

oz vanilla protein powder

medjool dates

tsp unsweetened almond milk

bunch protein powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients (almond milk, coconut milk, dates, protein powder, vanilla, salt) to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 8 hours (or up to 24 hours as recommended by Ninja). Once frozen, place the Creami pint into the machine and choose the “Lite Ice Cream” function. After this cycle is complete, add additional almond milk (2-3 tsp) to just cover the top of the ice cream. Respin the mixture.
