0 Mix the pudding. In a large mixing bowl add yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup (optional). 2 Whisk. Whisk ingredients together with a whisk or a hand mixer until fully incorporated and no clumps of protein powder remain. 3 Layer. Pour half of the banana pudding into a bowl or ramekin. Put about half of your diced (or thinly sliced) banana and 2-3 gluten-free vanilla wafers on top. Then put the other half of the pudding on top. 1 Add toppings. Sprinkle with the rest of your gluten free vanilla wafers (I like to crush them for the topping) and add the rest of the diced banana slices and enjoy!View original recipe
