Add to popsicle molds: Pour the ice cream base mixture into silicone ice cream pop molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours before proceeding. 3. Coat the ice cream bars: First, drizzle caramel sauce onto the frozen bars. Then, press the caramel-coated side down into crushed peanuts and broken-up pretzels. 4.
