What you need

cup monk fruit extract

tbsp almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

0 Puree the fresh strawberries. Add strawberries to the bowl of a food processor or blender & pulse until pureed, but some small chunks of strawberry still remain. You do not want to liquify the berries. If you have a small mesh strainer, it can be helpful to strain the berries, but this recipe will work without properly strained strawberry puree, it is not mandatory to strain. 1 Mix the wet ingredients & dry ingredients. In a small bowl, add the pureed strawberries, powdered monk fruit, milk & vanilla. Whisk using a fork or a small whisk until smooth. If the batter is too thin, add a bit more powdered monk fruit 1 tbsp at a time until desired thickness is reached. Alternatively, if the batter is too thick, add more milk 1 tsp at a time. 2 Frost the donuts. This recipe works best for baked vanilla donuts, but you could also use it to frost chocolate donuts as well!
