What you need

fresh rosemary

cup water
Instructions
1. Fill a stemless wine glass or rocks glass with 1/4-1/3 cup of water (depending on the depth of the glass). 2. Snip a rosemary sprig so it is as tall as the inside of the glass. 3. Grab a chopstick or skewer and some twine; wrap the twine 1-2 times around the rosemary sprig and the chopstick, securing it in place. 4. Place the glass in the freezer until the ice is completely frozen. This will hold the sprig in place like a pine tree and become the ice for your drink. 5. For the Gin & Tonic: Add 2 oz of gin (or non-alcoholic gin) to the glass. 6. Top off with 4 oz of tonic water.View original recipe
