This rosemary infused honey is incredible on pies, vanilla ice cream, or shaken into cocktails! The longer you leave the rosemary in the honey the stronger the flavor it will take.

fresh rosemary
Instructions
Heat 2-4 tbsp of raw honey over low heat until it is melted and slightly liquidy, but do NOT boil or burn it. Once honey is melted, drop in a few fresh rosemary sprigs and simmer about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and allow honey and rosemary to cool before enjoying. Be sure to use within 24 hours of preparation.View original recipe
