What you need

tsp vanilla extract

cup coffee
cup Non-dairy whipped cream

tsp pumpkin pie spice

cup coconut cream

cup pumpkin puree

lady fingers

pumpkin spice mix
Instructions
Mix together @eatnoops , pumpkin puree, coconut cream + pumpkin pie spice in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. Set aside. In a small mixing bowl, mix coffee + vanilla extract. Dip two lady finger halves into the mixture, being careful not to soak. In a ramekin or stemless wine glass, begin to assemble by placing two lady finger halves on the bottom of the container, then topping with a layer of @eatnoops pudding mixture, followed by DF whipped cream + another row of coffee soaked lady fingers. Repeat until both ramekins are full. Top with more dairy free whipped cream + dust with a little cocoa powder and pumpkin pie spice before serving!View original recipe
