These protein-packed, gluten-free, and tummy-friendly pops are made with yogurt, pumpkin puree, vanilla protein powder, coffee, and pumpkin spice, then coated in chocolate and optional pecans.

What you need

oz vanilla protein powder

cup pumpkin puree

cup plain nonfat yogurt

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp coffee

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tbsp pecan nuts
Instructions
Add yogurt, pumpkin, protein powder, coffee & pumpkin spice to a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth & creamy, ensuring no clumps remain. Add the mixture to silicone ice cream pop molds. Freeze for AT LEAST 4 hours (the longer the better!). Melt chocolate chips & coconut oil in the microwave in 10-second increments until smooth. Coat the frozen pops in chocolate & sprinkle with optional chopped pecans. Freeze again on a parchment-lined baking sheet or simply enjoy right away!View original recipe
