What you need

cup greek yogurt

pomegranate seeds

plum

tbsp pumpkin seeds

cup unsweetened almond milk

ripe banana

tsp vanilla extract

bunch baby spinach

vanilla protein powder

tbsp baking powder

tbsp flaxseed

Instructions
Add all ingredients except the toppings (Greek yogurt, pomegranate seeds, plums) to a blender and pulse until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat, then grease the pan with a little ghee. Once warm, add ¼ cup of the pancake batter to the skillet.
