What you need

tbsp powdered peanut butter

cup oat flour

tbsp milk

tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
egg

tsp vanilla extract

oz vanilla protein powder
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe mug combine the dry ingredients (protein powder, oat flour, baking powder and powdered peanut butter) with the wet ingredients (egg or flax egg, milk and vanilla extract), whisking vigorously until no clumps remain. The batter should be the texture of cake batter. Add in half of the chocolate chips, stirring to fully incorporate them into the batter. Place the mug into the microwave. Microwave for 50 seconds, then stir and check the texture. Depending on the power of your microwave you may need to cook an additional 10-20 seconds, but do this in 5-10 second intervals to avoid the mug cake taking on a rubbery texture.
