What you need

cup creamy peanut butter

tsp baking powder
tsp salt

cup honey
tbsp vanilla

oz chocolate protein powder
cup oats
egg
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 350F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add dry ingredients (blended oats, chocolate protein powder, salt, baking powder) & whisk using a fork to combine. Make a small well in the center & add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla & honey, whisking again with a fork to combine. Note: The batter will be a bit thick so a fork is preferred over a whisk. Last, fold in the chocolate chips using a silicone spatula. Scoop the dough with a cookie scoop & place in even rows on the baking sheet. Smoosh the cookies down with a fork like traditional PB cookies or the back of the cookie scoop. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies are golden brown.View original recipe
