What you need

cup peanut butter

tbsp cocoa powder

tsp espresso powder

oz chocolate protein powder

tbsp unsweetened almond milk

cup maple syrup

cup low fat plain yogurt
Instructions
Mix the brownie base first. Add all ingredients (PB or almond butter, 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup maple syrup) to a large mixing bowl. Using a fork, mix well until combined. The mixture is going to feel really thick, that’s ok! Using a silicone spatula, press the brownie base down into a parchment lined loaf pan until it is spread evenly across the bottom. Set aside. Mix up the protein frosting next. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients (1/3 cup yogurt, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp espresso powder (optional), 2 tbsp almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla) until no clumps remain. Spread the frosting over the brownie base evenly until fully coated. Cover with plastic wrap & allow to set in the fridge for about an hour. Once set, lift the parchment from the loaf pan & slice into squares. For best results, store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.View original recipe
