What you need

tsp cayenne pepper

cup celery

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp paprika

tbsp lemon juice

tsp celery salt

tbsp garlic-infused oil

oz lobster tail
tsp lemon zest

tsp fine sea salt
tbsp plain greek yogurt

oz french fries

cup mayo

tbsp garlic oil

tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
For the Fries: Add frozen fries, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic infused olive oil to a medium mixing bowl, tossing to combine. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-9 minutes. For the Lobster Salad: Cook the lobster tails (if not pre-cooked), then chop into bite-sized pieces. Add chopped lobster, celery, chives, salt, celery salt, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and Mayo to a mixing bowl and mix well to combine. Plate on a bed of lettuce or mixed greens. For the Lemon Aioli: Add Mayo, garlic oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a small bowl. Whisk with a fork to combine until light and fluffy.
