High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Don’t worry, I’ve got just about the EASIEST app possible that’s not only a crowd pleaser, but it’s a high protein option, too! This Buffalo Chicken Dip packs a whopping 25g of protein per serving & you can easily make it in 20 minutes with no special equipment or kitchen skills necessary.

What you need
cup buffalo sauce

cup shredded cheddar

cup non-fat greek yogurt

bunch green onion

boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. In an oven safe mixing bowl or baking dish, add shredded chicken, greek yogurt, cream cheese, shredded cheese and buffalo sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined, then using the back of a spoon or spatula spread the dip evenly across the dish. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheddar cheese before baking. In a pre-heated oven, bake the buffalo chicken dip at 400F for 20 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted but not browned. Garnish with green onions or chives & serve with tortilla chips and veggies.View original recipe
