What you need

cup graham cracker crumbs

tsp salt

cup gluten free flour

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp coconut sugar

lb strawberries

tbsp ice water

cup butter

cup cane sugar
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl add flour, Graham cracker crumbs, salt & coconut sugar mixing to combine. Cut butter into pieces, kneading into the dry mixture with your hands, adding water 1 tbsp at a time to form the dough. Allow dough to chill in the fridge for 20 mins. In a medium bowl, combine chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon zest & juice, folding to combine. Once dough is chilled, roll out into a large circle on a floured parchment lined surface. Spoon strawberry filling into the center leaving 1” of space around the edges. Using the parchment as your guide, fold the edges over to form a crust. Bake at 350F for 30-35 mins or until crust is golden & filling is bubbling.View original recipe
