tsp cinnamon

cup gluten free flour

cup granulated cane sugar

Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter + monkfruit or sugar with an electric mixer. 3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until creamy and fully incorporated. 4. Add in @eatnoops Vanilla Pudding, continuing to mix until combined. 5. In a separate small bowl, add gluten free flour, cinnamon, and baking powder and mix gently with a fork to combine. 6. Add dry ingredients to wet. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold dry ingredients into wet, mixing until no more clumps of flour remain. 7. Scoop batter onto baking sheet, using your hand or a glass to shape into circles. 8.
