tsp vanilla extract

fl oz espresso powder

cup vanilla ice cream

cup unsalted butter

box brownie mix
Instructions
Prepare brownies according to package instructions. (Optional: Add 1 tbsp espresso powder to the brownie mix to really punch up the chocolate flavors, especially since we’re making Affogato.) Once brownies are baked & cooled, slice into 12 squares. Add as many brownies as you’d like to a bowl & top with your favorite vanilla ice cream and a shot of espresso.View original recipe
