What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp almond milk

cup dark chocolate chips

tbsp creamy peanut butter

cup almond flour

cup chocolate protein powder
Instructions
1. Add almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, chocolate milk, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. 2. Mix with a fork until no clumps remain. Avoid using a whisk as the batter will get stuck inside. 3. Note that the texture will vary depending on the type of protein powder used. The batter should be fudgy and thick. If it's too thick, add a touch more milk (1 tsp at a time), being careful not to add more than an additional tablespoon. 4. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the batter into balls. 5. Melt the dark chocolate chips (e.g., in the microwave in 10-15 second increments until smooth). 6. Coat the formed truffles in the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 7. Drizzle with additional chocolate and garnish with cacao nibs if desired. 8. Leave the truffles in the fridge for at least 3 hours to allow the chocolate to fully set. 9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.View original recipe
