What you need

tbsp balsamic vinegar

fig

extra-virgin olive oil

gluten free frozen piecrusts

cup baby arugula
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the flatbread. Top with gorgonzola cheese & sliced figs. Bake the flatbread for 4-5 minutes until the bread is toasty but still soft & cheese is melted. Top with arugula, the remaining tbsp of olive oil and balsamic vinegarView original recipe
