0 Prepare the baking dish. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray and pre heat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit. 1 Split the slider buns. Place the bottom buns into the baking dish and set the top buns aside. 2 Cook the eggs. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter, then whisk eggs with salt and pepper and cook into soft scrambled eggs. 3 Layer the ham. Arrange deli ham slices across the bottom buns. 4 Add the scrambled eggs. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the ham. 5 Add the cheese. Layer provolone or cheddar cheese slices on top of the ham. 6 Replace the top of the rolls. Add the top buns back over the cheese layer. 7 Brush with egg wash. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning. 8 Bake. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 to 7 more minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted. 9 Slice & serve.
