I took my chocolate protein mousse recipe & added some banana, walnuts & a little dollop of whipped topping, turning one of my favorite ice cream flavors into a seriously stacked protein packed dessert you can whip up in literal minutes.

What you need
tbsp walnut halves

cup plain yogurt

banana

oz chocolate protein powder
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, add yogurt & protein powder, whisking to combine until no clumps of protein powder remain. Spoon the mixture into a cup or small bowl, alternating with layers of walnut & banana. Top with a dollop of whipped topping & enjoy!View original recipe
