Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream bars (say that 3x fast 🥵!) are THE only dessert you need this summer!
What you need

cup semi sweet chocolate chips

banana bread

tbsp powdered peanut butter

protein powder

cup nonfat greek yogurt
Instructions
Add yogurt, protein powder & PB powder to a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth & creamy, no clumps should remain. If adding the cookies, smash them up, add to the yogurt base & fold in. Add mixture to silicone ice cream pop molds. Freeze for AT LEAST 4 hours (the longer the better!) Melt chocolate chips & coconut oil in the microwave in 10 second increments until smooth. Coat pops in chocolate & a sprinkle of optional sea salt. Freeze again on a parchment lined baking sheet or simply enjoy right away!View original recipe
