I may have mentioned this before, but we’re REALLY into ice cream in this house. I can’t do the real thing anymore so I’ve been playing around with refined sugar free + dairy free versions to make sure the cravings are satisfied! cup black cherries

tbsp unflavored gelatin

cup honey

tbsp vanilla bean paste

pinch fine sea salt

can coconut cream
Pulse all ingredients except gelatin + cherries in a blender until combined. Prepare gelatin according to instructions + add to blender pulsing for about 15 seconds. Pulse in cherries at the end, leaving some larger pieces. Pour into a freezer safe covered bowl OR follow directions using your favorite ice cream maker before freezing.
