Ok I know sometimes you don’t feel like baking but you literally neeeed a treat like, immediately, so next time instead of snacking on everything in the pantry trying to satisfy your craving, make this instead 👇🏼 4 Ingredient Pumpkin Protein Brownies with Vanilla Protein Ice Cream 😋 Here’s what you need for the brownies👇🏼 Comment “VANILLA” and I’ll send you the recipe for my ninja creami protein ice cream 🍨! 1 box gluten free brownie mix (I love @simplemills ) 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (@equipfoods Prime Proteinis my go to) 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1/2 cup avocado oil 1 scoop vanilla protein ice cream optional toppings: Celtic sea salt, chocolate chips (I like @hukitchen ) • pre heat oven to 375 F & grease a cast iron skillet with avocado oil • add brownie mix, pumpkin puree, protein powder & avocado oil to a large mixing bowl & mix until almost smooth. it’s ok if a few clumps remain as long as the mix & protein powder are fully incorporated. • fold in chocolate chips if desired • pour batter into skillet (top with more chocolate chips 😉) & bake 18-20 mins • top with sea salt & vanilla protein ice cream 💡 Did you know that you can replace eggs with pumpkin puree in many boxed mixes?! vanilla ice cream

oz chocolate protein powder

box brownie mix

cup pumpkin puree

cup avocado oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a cast iron skillet with avocado oil. Add brownie mix, pumpkin puree, protein powder, and 1/2 cup avocado oil to a large mixing bowl. Mix until almost smooth; it's okay if a few clumps remain as long as the mix and protein powder are fully incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips if desired. Pour batter into the greased skillet (optionally top with more chocolate chips) and bake for 18-20 minutes. Top with sea salt and vanilla protein ice cream before serving.View original recipe
