pizza dough

fl oz garlic-infused oil

cup fontina cheese

tsp red chili flakes
Instructions
Prepare pizza dough according to the recipe you are using. Drizzle garlic infused olive oil on top of uncooked pizza dough in a circular motion. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated Fontal Cheese (and optional Asiago + Romano cheeses for a 3-Cheese version) on top. Bake according to dough instructions. If using a wood fired pizza oven, remove after 5-6 minutes as soon as cheese starts to bubble and crust begins to brown.
