* In a medium mixing bowl add flour, Graham cracker crumbs, salt & coconut sugar mixing to combine * Cut butter into pieces, kneading into the dry mixture with your hands, adding water 1 tbsp at a time to form the dough * Allow dough to chill in the fridge for 20 mins * In a medium bowl, combine chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon zest & juice, folding to combine * Once dough is chilled, roll out into a large circle on a floured parchment lined surface * Spoon strawberry filling into the center leaving 1” of space around the edges * Using the parchment as your guide, fold the edges over to form a crust * Bake at 350F for 30-35 mins or until crust is golden & filling is bubbling
