1. Break each @risebar in half and roll in your hands to form a ball. 2. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 10-15 second intervals to avoid burning. 3. Once chocolate is melted, add peppermint extract and stir. 4. Coat the @risebar balls in chocolate and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or plate. 5. Sprinkle with candy cane pieces (optional) and set in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. 6. Store in the fridge to prevent chocolate from melting.
