These protein-packed, gluten-free, and tummy-friendly pops are made with yogurt, pumpkin puree, vanilla protein powder, coffee, and pumpkin spice, then coated in chocolate and optional pecans.

Add yogurt, pumpkin, protein powder, coffee & pumpkin spice to a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth & creamy, ensuring no clumps remain. Add the mixture to silicone ice cream pop molds. Freeze for AT LEAST 4 hours (the longer the better!). Melt chocolate chips & coconut oil in the microwave in 10-second increments until smooth. Coat the frozen pops in chocolate & sprinkle with optional chopped pecans. Freeze again on a parchment-lined baking sheet or simply enjoy right away!
