A deliciously creamy, low FODMAP friendly, one-bowl hot Spinach Artichoke dip, perfect for Super Bowl parties or any gathering. This recipe offers options for lactose-free or vegan dairy products to lighten it up.

1. Pre-heat oven to 400F + grease a baking dish with garlic infused olive oil. 2. Add spinach + artichokes to the baking dish and mix to combine. 3. Next add cream cheese + sour cream, continuing to mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated. 4. Smooth out the dip with the back of a spoon and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, mixing again to incorporate. 5. Smooth out the top of the dip once more, top with red pepper flakes and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Serve warm with @bretoncrackers and a side of veggies
