1. Warm the milk and vanilla: In a small saucepan, warm the milk on the stovetop over medium heat and slowly whisk in the vanilla extract until it just begins to bubble. 2. Whisk in dry ingredients: Add the chai spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom) and brown sugar to the saucepan, whisking continuously for 2 to 3 minutes until the spice blend and sugar are dissolved and the milk is hot. 3.
