In a large bowl, add almond flour & protein powder. Before mixing, add the natural peanut butter along with the pure maple syrup. Mix the dough using a fork until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Note that if the cookie dough is a little too crumbly, you may add a little bit of non-dairy milk (or your milk of choice) or water 1 tablespoon at a time until it resembles a traditional cookie dough texture. Once the cookie dough is mixed, fold in chocolate chips or any other add-ins you’re using. Scoop & enjoy!
