Add reposado tequila, pineapple juice, jalapeño simple syrup, lime juice, and grenadine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice into a margarita or rocks glass. To make the scorched lime, take ½ of a juiced lime and sprinkle with sugar & a teaspoon of additional tequila. Using a kitchen torch, scorch until blackened & serve. Garnish with a jalapeño or serrano pepper and the scorched lime wedge.
