Make a delicious and healthy vanilla protein ice cream using a Ninja Creami, then mix in protein Buncha Crunch for a delightful treat. This recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free.

Add all ingredients (almond milk, coconut milk, dates, protein powder, vanilla, salt) to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 8 hours (or up to 24 hours as recommended by Ninja). Once frozen, place the Creami pint into the machine and choose the “Lite Ice Cream” function. After this cycle is complete, add additional almond milk (2-3 tsp) to just cover the top of the ice cream. Respin the mixture. Once the respin function is complete, add a handful of protein Buncha Crunch, hit the “Mix In” button and enjoy!
