An easy gluten-free pizza recipe, even easier than a one-pan meal, featuring pesto, mozzarella, tomato, and prosciutto on a gluten-free flatbread, baked in a toaster oven.

1. Pre-bake flatbread in the toaster oven at 435F for just under 5 minutes to begin to crisp it up. 2. Add a few tbsp of pesto to the flatbread and spread as evenly as possible, leaving room at the edges. 3. Add sliced mozzarella, tomato, + prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil + add some red pepper flakes if you’re feeling sassy. 4. Place back in the toaster oven + continue to bake for another 5-7 minutes until crust is crispy. 5. Slice + enjoy!
