In a small mixing bowl, mix together Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Add to a pie dish, gently pressing down the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Freeze crust for 20 minutes to allow it to set. After 20 minutes, scoop softened ice cream on top of the crust, using a spatula to smooth it out evenly in the pie dish. Top with whipped topping, smoothing again with the spatula until the ice cream is fully covered. Top with chopped peanut butter cups and more Oreo crumbs. Place in freezer for 4 hours to fully set.
