This super simple 3-ingredient chocolate protein mousse is a go-to treat for meeting daily protein goals. It's quick, easy, and tastes just like chocolate pudding, making it a perfect high-protein snack.

Add all ingredients (Skyr, chocolate protein powder, honey or maple syrup) to a bowl. Mix on high using an electric hand mixer or whisk until no clumps remain and the mousse is smooth. Garnish with berries and cacao nibs if desired, and serve immediately. If prepping ahead, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. If the mousse is too thick, add a bit more yogurt or water (1 tsp at a time) until the desired texture is reached.
