In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Local Hive Honey, orange juice, orange zest, lime juice and lime zest. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together all fruits, veggies and herbs tossing gently to combine.
Add in sourdough cubes and sunflower seeds, tossing once more to combine.
Pour dressing over the salad, tossing again to coat. Plate the salad on a serving platter or large salad bowl garnishing with additional herbs if desired.
