Peel your garlic and chop cloves in half lengthwise so they'll fit into the neck of your oil bottle. Make sure they are not too small as you don't want them to find their way out of the pour spout. Add in as little or as much of the garlic as you'd like before replacing the pour spout. The longer the garlic sits, the more robust the flavor will become. It will keep for about 2 weeks on the counter.
